Police officers from Lom Sak Police Station successfully tracked down and prosecuted an individual after an online video surfaced showing reckless driving on a public road in their jurisdiction.

 

The investigation revealed that the driver was identified as Mr. Bee a 35-year-old resident of Lom Sak Sub-district, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province. He was riding a Kawasaki Z-250 motorcycle, as confirmed from the video evidence.

 

The driver’s actions were found to violate the Road Traffic Act, specifically Section 43, which prohibits driving in a manner that disregards the safety of others’ lives or physical well-being. Under this section, offenders face penalties of up to one year in prison, a fine ranging from 5,000 to 20,000 baht, or both.

 

The incident occurred on the 21st December at 17:00 along Route 21, Moo 3, Nong Khwai Sub-district, Lom Sak District.

 

The case has now been handed over to prosecutors at Lom Sak Provincial Court for further proceedings.
