Without looking it up again but sure the 190K allowance for over 65 is there!!
Again my local tax office stated you do not need to file.

There are others leading to 500 or 560K as well but no space for that and the first  150K exemption income tax

A tax resident of Thailand is the same for Thai's as it is for foreigners, that is, 180 days in country.

I could be a sheep and post in a manner that is popular, to enhance my AN reputation, as you do, but that's not my motivation for posting.  It's common with the herd mentality to join in on the attack of one member, so as to get everyone to enhance your AN reputation.
