Retirement visa criteria

hi.....just a quick question your advice greatly appreciated.....my retirement visa / 1 year extension visa is up for renewal in a couple of weeks....i was wondering if any of the criteria has changed or any additional documents needed from when i renewed last year.......I am including a screenshot of the criteria list i have used for previous renewals......many thanks in advance 🙂

Which immigration office.

Some offices have specific items eg Hand drawn map etc.

The Phuket office used to require a hand drawn map, but on my last visit a few months ago they requested a Google map copy of my location/abode!! You may want to check that out before you go to Immigration.

However that poster did not have income letter from Oz embassy so your application using income method slightly different

I got hit with the residence paperwork LOL  10 years never asked for paperwork. Usually have GF with me this year gf stayed at work and I went they asked for it.

More likely TM47 but you need to keep up with TM30 too.

Does anyone knows of Jomtien Immigration requires legalization by the Ministery of Foreign Affairs of the Incomestatement of the Dutch Embassy for extension of the Retirementvisum. Tia

They can see it on the computer, as well as the TM30.

Immigration offices can request hard copy of both and some do. 

At some offices you won't get past doc check chicks without them
