Apparently it's not a good idea to post on social media about being involved in the controlled demolition of multiple residential homes.

The NGO who made the complaint has made baseless claims. There is no evidence war crimes were committed. Hamas are well known for having their tunnels under housing, with missile labs and armouries in civilian houses. Of course the IDF are going to blow these up.

 

Could expect nothing less from a terror supporting NGO making these claims.

 

Here's the lawyer they use Maira Pinheiro who is a Hamas supporter "Palestinians have the "right to resist, including through armed struggle."

 

The NGO itself run by Dyab Abou Jahjah pic of him below. Dyab Abou Jahjah wrote in 2003 that he had joined Hezbollah against Israel and declared, "I had some military training, I’m still very proud of that."

In 2017, Jahjah who then served as a columnist for Belgian outlet De Standaard, was fired after he praised a terror attack  that killed four Israelis, saying that “liberation of Palestine by any means necessary needs to take place.”
