In general, a system imaging utility such as Paragon will include a facility for making & booting from a USB and it is that USB that controls image restoration.

If I was only just starting to use system imaging, I'd choose Macrium Reflect [free version]. So many forum members use it that you'll always be able to get advice about it.
Decades behind certainly. Over 30 years ago, my then wife and I bought some jewellery at a store in BKK, but the bracelet was slightly small.
