Thaksin should be jailed again

What do mean with again?  As far as I know he's never seen a jail from the inside.

Didn't he get a royal pardon? That's the end of it. None is above that.  I'm surprised these groups are not arrested for les majest offences.

Thaskin received a letter of forgiveness Thaskin IS a convicted felon  and that will not change

This is all wishful thinking, but until the big guys, says something nothing will happen

Bug guys sure won't say or do anything - with the exception of retroactive complete  pardon to make the whole complaint void

Thailand in the dark ages always looking at the past but only in a very selective way instead of focusing on the future..

Very sad as it's not going to effect a frigging thing, whatever happened to the Bhuddist culture

Instead of all this revenge crap?

The media were reporting an announcement in the Thai Royal Gazette, can't believe they'd all get that wrong....it was even reported as such in Aseannow!!!!

Anyway, I've yet to see any announcements that Taksin did not receive a Royal Pardon.

I think you misunderstand  a pardon and a cert of innocent  A pardon meaning here is diffrent from the west, meaning

to put it simply Thaskin was given a pardon of his sentence from 8 years to 1year  NOT the crime

then when the king gave 1500 convicts royal clemency Thaskin was one ,DOC gave them a cert of innocence which means he can travel overseas  But he is still a covicted Felon that will never change

pardon: an official decision to forgive someone for committing a crime and to free them from full or further punishment or to have their punishment reduced - การอภัยโทษ

Forward thinking for a Thai is probably at most 5 minutes.

and one wonders why they have issues.
