Equally you could suggest she ran off with another man whom later killed her.
Or she was abducted while hitchhiking by a serial killer.
Or ran off then went for a walk, fell or got lost then died from exposure.
My point being, inaction from the husband is not evidence he murdered her.
It's up to the police to provide evidence of what happened.
He is under no legal obligation to say anything, or even talk to the police.
And if I were him I wouldn't talk to the police at all.
I went to Palawan last year, El Nido. Nice place, if a little touristy, but I'd happily recommend it. I flew to there from Cebu, much better options than going through Manila Airport. It depends where you are coming from for your international flight, I am able to fly direct to Cebu from where I am. I agree on the comments on Clark too, that's a decent airport.
I've also been to Kalibo (down the road from Boracay). Quiet but friendly. I was the only foreigner there, but I felt welcome.
EFGR is not the only basis fir diagnosing CKD. eFGRs as low as 60 can still be consided normal if there ate no other signs of kidney disease.
However sounds like OP was diagnosed in his home county so presumably proper workup was conducted leading to his diagnosis.
