I have used the National Parks Department Booking Website to book accommodation in National Parks quite a few times.

 

They used to want you to pay for the accommodation at a Krung Thai Bank branch. If you do not do it in 2 days, the booking is automatically cancelled. Before this was really easy as I lived very close to a branch. Now, I don't.

 

The website is ambiguous over whether you can make electronic payments. if you are allowed, it is unclear what reference to use to ensure they don't cancel the booking. I don't really want to experiment trying to pay using my SCB app and then get to the National Park only to find the booking has been cancelled.

 

I did ask the teller in Krung Thai Bank but she did not really know, saw a QR code and suggested it was possible.

 

Has anyone else used this website and how did you pay?

just print out your booking and scan the QR-code with your Thai banking App and pay
