UR CNY Celebration?: Will you add Chinese OpenSource AI to your computer tonight?!!!
Dear Folks, First and foremost, I wish to wish every single TV Member a wonderful, healthy, propitiously auspicious, and generally AMAZING Chinese Lunar New Year…..!!!!!....in 2025….. Just as I always am prone to do, at about this time of year. However…I ask you….. What is so different about THIS Chinese New Year? Well, ….. This CNY coincides with the release of a very AMAZING “rationalizing” (some might say thinking) AI out of China, and one which is almost as good, or perhaps better in some respects, than the offering from OpenAI, for the money I mean. Also, this Chinese AI is definitely OPEN-SOURCE….which is amazing. And, for sure, we can download it and install it on our PCs…..FOR FREE. Which is what I intend to do before this night is out, or maybe into the wee hours, before the first day of the Chinese Lunar New Year has passed us by. This is the year of the SNAKE, after all. Some of you might be wondering How-To, how to install an amazing AI on your own personal computer. I will just give you a few hints here, in case you might be planning to install your very-own AI, yourselves. It’s definitely not difficult, and the procedures have already been tested, and approved. This is just another reason, of course, why I love Chinese culture. The Chinese scientists really do care about us, unlike guys such as Sam, or the Son of Sam, as I like to sometimes call him. Normally, in Chinese Culture, the Chinese Lunar New Year is a….FAMILLY AFFAIR, as I am sure you have found out, by now. Unfortunately, I have no Chinese family, these days. In fact, both of my Chinese wives are somewhere in the USA, locations unknown. And, this does not bother me much, actually. So, instead, I will celebrate my Chinese Lunar New Year by installing a Chinese AI, instead of spending time with my two wives. The Chinese AI I choose is DeepSeek AI. And, as I repeatedly say, it is ….. OpenSource, something which might make even Linus drool. Let me say that this Topic is not designed to be some sort of DeepSeek installation tutorial. No way. However, I might just add a link or two to help you guys know how to download it, and how to get the gist of the installation, and also help you understand what it might be good for. The good news is that this seems to be a disruptor to companies such as Sam’s. And, you guys know just how much I love the Fry-Speaking head of NON-OpenAI…..right? I am all for DeepSeek and companies similar to DeepSeek. We need to take Sam down a peg or two. I mean, who walks around in the White House with those huge puffed-up cardboard shoulders in one’s suit? ==================== So, without further ado….here is how you download and install the newest version of the new Chinese DeepSeek AI on your computer, with no muss, and no fuss….. Again, there are better tutorial videos you can find this evening…and this is just one….so....Do What You Like..... ====================== The purpose of this Topic, which happens here once per year, is just to wish all my TV friends, and especially all my many Chinese friends, and their families, a very blessed Chinese New Year, one filled with good health and wealth, aplenty. Very best to everybody, I love the Chinese culture, always have, and always will, Just as I also love Thai culture, and my friends here in Thailand. GammaGirlGobulin Note: You know, Guys..I have been waiting all my life for something this amazing to happen. And, it finally has, this Chinese New Year of the Snake, in 2025. I was first amazed by being able to use spoken commands to control my computer back in the year 2000, or so. But….this, here, software from DeepSeek is just so much more advanced ... .and……it blows my mind. What I can so clearly see now is that….. This is ONLY the Beginning. Only just the Start….. Only the Beginning….. Only just the start…of truly great things from China….. -

Why, when any mention is made of illegals contributing to the US economy, do the right wing snowflakes start stressing about illegals in jail........it's not that hard to distinguish between two groups of illegals, those contributing and those in jail.......for a start, one group is in jail.....- 1

Phuket to use AI for traffic congestion relief amid road projects
It would help if they didn't let cars park where ever they feel like (middle of the road) nick drivers who just stop in the middle of the road to order food from a street vendor and then sit their waiting in their cars which then causes a traffic build up, cuz they're too bleeding lazy to park up and get out of the car, etc, etc. Thai roads are a free for all. AI isn't needed. Some enforcement by the cops is needed
