Pompeo, Hook and Bolton could emigrate to Israel they would look after them (or would they?) that part of the party never really got on with anyone!

EDITED: A badly researched comment by me being from the UK there, none have Jewish heritage so getting protection there might be difficult but some were heavily involved in Israeli/US foreign policy so they may well be welcome.  These were all turncoats on Trump so there can't really be any surprise that he did this.  I doubt anyone from Iran could get into the country and carry out an assassination any more than than the Russians could in the UK to try the same on defectors there, there has to be a reliance on local law enforcement at some point without having people with guns sitting outside your house, they also have the right to arm themselves.

The prime reason for security is because of the threat of kidnapping, not assassination. If he's kidnapped, US national security will be threatened because of all the top-secret sensitive data that can be extracted during advanced interrogation techniques.

You don't really think Felon-47 gives a damn if his opponents live or die.   And just as obviously, he doesn't care if the USA survives as a democratic republic.
When is he going to declare himself 'President for Life?" He's already trying to change the 22nd Amendment.

Not so sure ex military officers are paid well enough for 24 security. However, trump is most definitely wealthy enough to pay for his and family security. Never did when family were on business trips during first Administration or in the US, nor will he do do this time around. Also trump begs MAGA world to pay for this legal costs - has trump ever dipped into his own funds for legal costs incurred due to his actions whilst President or ex President?
