If the world were at peace forever, no police - no military, the money saved would be enough to create a paradise for all... everyone would have a lovely home, there would be extraordinary gardens and hospitals, fabulous amusement areas, from museums to waterparks... great food - no cancer, no pain...

what else?

Nice thought but it’s not going to happen here on this planet given the predatory nature of humans, beasts and nature.

You want to live like a monkey who didnt come down from the trees, because it was to dangerous on the ground?

Human nature is to conquer and capture, it is in our genes for houndred thousands of years, if not millions.

Our survival is depended on strong men and science, hand in hand.

And most likely we will manage to self-destruct if not a nature catastrophic happening first.

Be a Christian.  That is where they say you will be when you die. But here,  no way ever just more wars and human carnage.

Aren't they the same ones waging wars here.  Kind of makes me think, with a bunch of Christians there, Heaven would be Hell :coffee1:

What Christians are waging wars now? Maybe individuals that are fighting terrorism, which is kinda necessary. And if we didn't wage war against Germany and Japan, we wouldn't be living as we are now.

This century, only 1/4 over, and has been pretty embarrassing.  Probably killed 1M, and displaced 10X that many from their homes, in direct conflicts.

Indirectly, USA, UK, FR, DE, IT & SP ...

That doesn't say Christians are waging war. Arms dealing is done by almost all countries, for legitimate reasons. Helping other countries fight maniacs is America's job, seeing all countries live there and should be helped, besides those that are waging war against others. We did sell arms to the wrong people at times, yes.

The other side claims the same, there is no good solutions as long we aiming for the same resources. While our wealth grows, others decline and we take advantage of them, beause we can. If it was not us, we might had been on the other side.

The worød is still dealing with the great britain empire, as well ottamans collapse, and some have taken full advantage of the collapse in the aftermath
