Really struggling to make an online puchase of some USB cables. For some reason I have to give my Company/Personal Tax ID. I am a tourist for goodness sake. Can somebody give me a typical Tax ID so I can complete this puchase for 276 baht then I can carry on with my life.

Never seen that before, maybe you did something wrong, maybe try again using the app

I order something every week on my PC no problem, no tax ID needed.

It is prompting me for it for some reason when I register. I tried asking the gf for her tax id. I just got a blank expression and what are you talking about. I will shut down and start again.

Ask her for her Thai ID card take the number off that,, purchase it through her details.

 

 

Tried again from scratch and it went through without a hitch.

Never encountered that either.  Go to Shopee and send it to your address COD.

Same problem here.

They want my tax ID in order to change my email to a new email (but they aren't even sure, if they can change an email address at all)

After 2 or 3 hours on the phone with them,  I resigned. 

I just use shoppee
