Correct, Musk does not authority to make any decisions on programs, on hiring, firing, access rights and what not.

But the President does, and the President can choose to do or not do what his advisors recommend.

I wonder who was making all the decisions for Biden....

probably his wife..   and hunter

Trumps attorneys have already had to declare in court in one of the lawsuits that musk is not an employee of doge and has no authority to make any decisions on programs, on hiring, firing, access right etc. They stated directly to the judge he is an whitehouse staffer that is an advisor to the president only.

If his name was Clem Kadillihopper instead of Musk, would it help all the lefties ecept the fact that theft, waste abuse fraud is happening right under their noses ?

Did antone notice that the judge that put an injuction in sits on a board that recieves big $$ millions as an NGO fron US A.I.D.

why has he not reclused himself..    impeachment coming .   and not soon enough !

LOL - Income is not only wages. Income from a business is taxable, and the owner typically takes a salary as well, which is also taxable.

Investment income is also taxable

Gains on the sale of stock options are taxable

CEO bonuses are taxable

My post never mention anything about taxation of income.  Your post only referenced wages... .not other income.  You appear confused.

I think your posts have shown who the really stupid one is and he stares back at you every time you walk by a mirror

If I were walking by a mirror, I would not see anyone staring back. I would have to be walking toward the mirror or standing in front of it to see myself staring back. But even then, it would not be someone staring back, it would just be a reflection.

Now if I were walking by a mirror, and you, or some other leftist was walking toward me we locked eyes....

Again I never mentioned being in favor of harris so your again your twisting facts to try to show your agenda. You seem to bev the one struggling to comprehend what's actually happening and damage being caused.

The election was a binary choice. Had it not been Trump-Vance, it would have been Harris-Walz. correct?

Harris demonstrably supports:

  • Open borders
  • Mass illegal migration
  • Genital mutilation surgeries and puberty blockers for children
  • Girls compelled to shower with and compete against men in sports
  • People to be hired and promoted based on their skin-color and or "gender"
  • Higher taxes
  • More spending
  • More radical judges
  • More targeted and or selective prosecutions

Trump is against those things, and he is working to stop those things. I don't not like a lot of the rhetoric, or some of the things he's done, but I generally think he and Musk are doing a great job.

You think he "...is a POS of the first degree..." I don't, I think he is a smart, funny, patriotic, braggadocios, womanizing a-hole that is trying to save the county and wants to go down in history as a great President. I understand you feel differently, but to convince me, you're going to have to do better than call ne stupid and regurgitate leftist talking points.

Tesla and taxes? Please tell us how much Tesla has paid in federal taxes since 2018 or so. Would also be good to show their profits over the same period.

Do you think Tesla was evading taxes under the Biden administration?

Again, I think you are conflating tax avoidance with tax evasion. It's like using rape and consensual sex interchangeably.

I am all for prosecuting all tax evaders to the full extent of the law, are you?

I am also for eliminating tax avoidance schemes that are generally put in place to engineer corporate behavior, are you?

A 2023 report from the inspector general for the Social Security Administration found 18.9 million Americans born before 1920 were listed in the Social Security database but lacked death information on their records.

WOW!

Almost 19 million Dead People in the SS db...

That sounds like a LOT!!!1!1!

How many are collecting that sweet, corrupt SS payment money?

However, the report said almost none of the deceased individuals were receiving payments

"Almost none"

Poor Elon!

Nobody wanted to talk to him during COVID-19 and all that ketamine warped his brain.

Hey MAGA!

Your boy is either an ignorant fool or a bald faced liar. 😭

So18.9 million dead Americans in the Social Security database is okay, if "almost none" are collecting benefits? I do not think dead people should be on the rolls, for any reason.

An how many is almost none? One percent would be 189,000.

At $1,000 per month benefit would be $2.268B

2% = $4.536B

3% = $6.804B

10% = $22.68B

Paper-clip money to the Democrats

I wonder how many of them are voting and or being counted in congressional districts, or to determine how much federal aid goes to a particular area.

Speculation.

There is no national "death registry" system.

What about people who die international?

Missing?

Murdered?

Almost none is not significant savings.

Stop pretending this is some major revelation.  This issue has been known ever since the first fraud was committed by spouses trying to collect money for their dead spouse.

Stop pretending this is some major corruption.

It's a process error with no immediate solution.

Social Security payments to deceased individuals remain a significant issue, especially for those who die abroad, go missing, or are murdered without proper documentation. The lack of a centralized death registry makes it difficult to stop payments quickly, leading to fraud and overpayments.

Liar. 😭

There is no national death registry system.

Fact.

Elon Musk has no idea whether anyone in SS is alive or dead.

Fact

Therefore he's lying.

Use some common sense. 😘

You previously claimed there were "Almost 19 million Dead People in the SS db"

Like most leftists, you just make it up as you go along, huh?

Do you think it's okay to have "Almost 19 million Dead People in the SS db"

I feel so intimidated by all the brilliant leftists here.

No, I didn't.

Your reading comprehension skills are poor, that's why it's easy to dupe MAGA Jeniuses with nonsensical arguments.

And yes, I noticed that you changed the subject to me, because you didn't like the facts:

There is no national death registry system. Fact.

Elon Musk has no idea whether anyone in SS is alive or dead. Fact

Okay, you were just regurgitating what someone else said. From your post:

"A 2023 report from the inspector general for the Social Security Administration found 18.9 million Americans born before 1920 were listed in the Social Security database but lacked death information on their records."

What does a 2023 report have to do with Musk?

Being educated about facts is hardly "regurgitating".

It's a firm grasp on reality unlike your fever dreams of Elon Musk crushing the skull of America with his shiny, shiny leather jackboots.

This report illustrates Musk has no clue that he's looking at a legacy COBALT software program, which uses the date "1875" as a error value indicating incomplete data entered by claimant, not proof of payment.

Under an international standard called ISO 8601, a missing value for a date is coded as May 20, 1875, because that was the date of an international standards-setting conference held in Paris, known as the “Convention du Mètre.”

What an uneducated African moron. 😜

What does a 2023 report have to do with Musk?

It shows that  Musk did not discover anything, it was already in a 2023 IG report.  Moreover, the 2023 IG report found that 98 percent of social security numberholders aged 100 years or older were not receiving benefits. Ultimately, the report determined that the system didn’t need to be updated because it was too expensive.  🙂

Your ignorance of ISO 8601 is why you're gullible to Musk's false claims.

Anyone with a lick of common sense can see Musk is a GREAT hustler but doesn't know jack about how American government works.

If Musk wants to find out then Congress can mandate a National Death Registry by law.

But who's going to pay for the implementation?

Not some corner down in Batesville, Mississippi.

The Gum'mint is going to have to pay.

Dadburn Tax and Spend Conservative.

Always trying to waste the taxpayers money.

Okay!

Prove a National Death Registry cost to implement would be profitable.

In other words, it would catch more fraud than it costs to implement.

I think you're just pulling this out of Elon Musk's ass.

It's not real.

But give it a go, Mate.
