Probably.  And they probably don't have a personal cell phone/email for personal use, they probably just hand out their TS/SCI numbers and emails to everyone, and they probably don't have a physical address, at least not in the US.....

 

Perhaps they were the ones who ordered $400 million in armoured Teslas to drive to their puppy training retreats.

I am sure most of them will have personal email addresses and personal phones. But that doesn't mean the employer has this information and has it updated.

Like, why should I inform my employer about those details, they always contact me on my government phone and email...

You mean things like massive reduction in illegals crossing the border, illegals that have committed crimes in the US being deported, identifying possibly trillions of dollars in waste, trying to bring an end to the Russia Ukraine war, getting hostages released in Gaza, banning biological males from women's sports etc. that sort of doing things wrong. I'm sure if Trump brought world peace, an end to hunger globally and the complete eradication of all disease you would still have to say Trump Bad. I read that Musk claimed to have found 150 year old’s claiming social security. That would of course be scandalous if it were true. It turns out to be a quirk of the old COBOL system, and they all had the same birthday. So completely untrue, but not spotted by the DOGE geniuses.
