Trump Hails 'Full and Comprehensive' Trade Deal with UK Amid Modest Economic Expectations
Not an extensive one. Of very limited scope and maintaining 10% tariffs on UK imports (which is better than 25%, of course). Not comparable to the deal with India, for example. -

Does the world need a pope?
Pretty insulting, but no doubt it won't be removed. I learned a long time ago that religion no matter what the Creed is pretty ridiculous. Nevertheless, it's simply not my place to criticize what other people want to believe. I suggest you explore that position and mature a bit -

Dealing with constipation
Some useful suggestions given above, the following may duplicate or complement: Exercise (those aging or in sedentary occupations often don't get enough). Walking, cycling, swimming. Standing on a "vibrating plate" can also help, especially in the rainy season. Salty soup seems to help hydration of the colon. Lack of hydration of the colon can be caused by excessive tea or coffee consumption due to diuretic effect, as well as lack of fluid intake. Natural fruits and vegetables for soluble fibre. Also in oats. While insoluble fibre in some whole grains can help, it can damage the intestinal lining which is one cell thick. Avoid industrialised, highly processed foods, which contain chemicals to inhibit bacteria and fungi: damage the gut microbiome. Restore gut microbiome preferably with live (not pasteurised) fermented foods. Failing that, with high-count, very expensive probiotics. Not the stuff peddled in pharmacies. Avoid milk from North European breeds, the norm for dairy cattle, as it contains indigestible casein type A1. All other milk and milk products alright, including from Guernseys (but not Jerseys), nanny-goats, ewes, mares, buffaloes, humans, etc. Hard cows' cheeses seem particularly constipating. 'Fitné' herbal tea sachets from Thai supermarkets. Indian curries. For occasional use, take 'Colosan', a mixture of magnesium oxides (non-assimilable, so useless for Mg deficiency). Gave some to a Burmese doctor friend and it cured him of inguinal hernia in several days. Cure anxiety. Use a traditional Thai squat loo, not the western type promoted by Thomas Crapper & Son. Abdominal muscles help to expel turds [faeces]. -

Crime Tourist Tries to Escape Wheel Clamp by Changing Tyre
I'm English. I go to Phuket annually for my holidays. I enjoy them and I don't cause any problems or make trouble. I have been visiting Thailand for 60 years and never had a problem. I back-packed throughout Asia annually in the '90s, with my then English wife and we caused no problems - all the while visiting Phuket, Kata, for a final beach holiday without any incidents. I have now lived here in Thailand for the past 20 years. I still go to Phuket - always to Kata Beach area and stay in the same hotel where I and my Thai family stay, year upon year - again without incident. Thank you for telling me that I am an idiot and for including myself and my family, together with all those other foreigners who visit Phuket and enjoy their holidays without any problems whatsoever. It was very kind, but sneeringly insulting of you to do so. By the way - before criticising others, check your obvious lack of English grammar rules and crude sentences. How long have you been posting on this forum? Years. OK, 'idiot'?
