So there is some sort of  "Loophole", Trump can take advantage of, when he wants to quit NATO. 

But at the same time, US congress  can serve the "Buttress against it; by taking their president to the (supreme) court?

Rest assured he does not work for the agency.

 

For case officers, the agency has a cut off point in terms of IQ, and it is more than a std dev above the mean. Besides, Cambodia is not exactly a hot bed of agency activity or concern.

 

Now the FBI might have some interest in perverts who could be dallying with youngsters, but that would be under directors like Wray. I doubt Patel cares about actual crimes, as his mandate from the boss is more geared toward vindictiveness.
