linking wise to bangkok bank account

Featured Replies

i just opened a wise account to receive money from overseas and when i went to link my bangkok bank account is said only US, UK and Canada banks supported. i know someone who uses wise here assures me they are able to transfer money direct to a thai bank and the wise website even says that https://wise.com/gb/blog/sending-money-to-thailand but conveniently doesn't say how

does anyone have an idea? thanks

Never done any linking just sending' with account details here under 50k baht usually instant🤔

how? exactly how does someone send money to my BKB account? i'm not seeing any place on the wise website to send money to a bank account. thanks

actually i think i see it, just add new recipient and under send and put in bank details, not a wise account

@steve2112

The straightforward option with the app:

Login

On the bottom line you see "Recipients", tap it

Then you see

"+ Add recipient", tap it

What follows is currency, enter bank details etc.

After having added the recipient you can send money to that account (from your currency to the recipients currency).

And in addition to above post by @KhunBENQ do a test transfer with a low amount to see if it works.
