giddyup Posted March 7 Posted March 7 Normally we pay on the 7th of every month at a 7/11, however this month the card keeps getting rejected after several attempts over several days. A phone operator at 3BB tells us that their system has changed, that now we pay in arrears, not in advance, so we don't need to pay until 7th of next month. There's been no notification of this either by texts or SMS, so not sure how we are supposed to know, and then we get the paper bill today saying we are outstanding for this month, so what the hell is going on?

We got a call 2 months ago that instead of the 12th, payments were due on the 20th. No biggie.
soi3eddie Posted March 7 Posted March 7 I paid my 3BB this morning. Direct from my Kbank app to 3BB. Went through in seconds and received text from 3BB to confirm receipt. The Kbank app actually shows what amount is due (same when paying MEA) so don't even need a bill. Also, I log in to 3BB on their website where is shows full billing history (and can download invoices and make subscription changes etc.). Paying a year in advance is something I did before but just haven't done it recently. For some reason, the 3BB emails with bill attached take several days to arrive after the billing date. 1

Same happened to me when I tried to pay my 3BB bill in January via the 3BB app, where I was told my next bill would be in February.

Billing has been suspended for 1 month. You can't pay as there is 0B due. Try reading the bill
jimn Posted March 8 Posted March 8 I don't know what the fuss is about. I pay all my bills automatically by bank direct debit on the agreed date every month. 3BB, Electric and water. Once set up you can forget about it. You still see the bill either paper or via the app in advance of payment. Easy

Do you have the 3BB app on your phone? This will tell you when your payment is due, you can also pay your bill through this 1 1
