for my stay extension, the I.O asks a " copy of the house registration " of wife's home 

I suppose it's the blue tabian ban : correct ? thanks 

Yep. Blue book is what usually IO asks together with copy of Wife's ID card

My IO also want a copy of my Yellow House Book, which has the same address as the Blue Book of my Wife (but not everyone has that)

Thanks , my IO normally doesn't ask my Yellow book, but I bring it every time , you never know
