I work in one province and live in another.

The immigration office that issued my non IM B extension of stay is located in the province of my employer.

Can I do the 90 days reporting in the province of the issuing immigration office, while my residency is in another province?

You have to do the 90 day report in the Province where you are registered via a TM30, most likely  where your residency is.

Yes, but I'm leaving quite often and every time I re-enter I have to spend an entire day at immigration for this reporting. 😲

The company secretary will only take my documents to immigration near the employer but not where I live.

Cannot you get the secretary to register the TM30 near your employer, then the TM47 can be done there also?

Would that be possible, even it's another province?

On what address? Tm30 needs an address, with copy of house book and all kinds of other stuff.

Only if you have an address there - a fixed property where you stay whilst working?  If you are traveling back home every night to your personal residence province then no.
