Gaslighting as usual.

They are foreign criminals. That has been established as fact.

Deportation is a logical response because no sane and rational judge would agree that having foreign criminals living inside the United States is a good thing.

There a few things called the Constitution, separation of powers and the rule of law.

Do take time to look up the meaning gaslighting’.

And the members here jeering in support of this ignore the historical precedent of what putting a political leader above the rule of law leads to.

How was the Law violated here? Which law?

They are being deported for being foreign criminals residing inside the United States.

In the words of President Trump, "Bye Bye, go home to mommy"

Refer OP

Which cites nothing. You must know what laws are violated if you are alleging that? Otherwise why would you make conclusions and spout them without having a basis therefore?

Can you please provide a quote of me referring to any particular law/laws, or alternatively address what I actually said

?!

Here’s a clue to some distinctions.

A law, laws.

The law, the rule of law.

In your case, therefore, add the words "made up".

Because clearly you can point to NOTHING that renders the Trump admins conduct unlawful.

So in other words, you still have no facts, no law, just political yapping. OK, lets get down to the nitty gritty.

Tell the Forum what specific statute or constitutional provision the Trump Admin violated in deporting enemy aliens?

Again please provide a quote of me referring to a law or laws, statute.

Or address my actual comment.

The President does not get to decide what is the law. As Justice Roberts points out, the appellate process is the means to challenge court orders.

Ignoring a court order or unilaterally deciding its scope is a breach of the separation of powers.

So Article II of the US Constitution does not exist?

So again, are you alleging that the Presdent does not have the power to deport enemy aliens? Why do you avoid that question?

So? Wouldnt a Court order that purports to direct actions in violation of the Law be a similar breach? Or in violation of separation of powers?

Where did I say the President does not have the power to deport ‘enemy aliens’?

Can you please provide a quote of me saying that?

Then you agree that the President acted in accordance with the law in deporting these aliens. Kills you to say that.

OK now tell us how he violated the Court order at issue?

Great job by Trump.

50 U.S.C. 21 says, in pertinent part:

Whenever there is a declared war between the United States and any foreign nation or government, or any invasion or predatory incursion is perpetrated, attempted, or threatened against the territory of the United States by any foreign nation or government….

I think Trump should make a similar finding on Mexican nationals parading with Mexican flags when they are associated with Socialist organizations, and similarly, those so called students supporting Hamas.

We are too lenient. Can you imagine a bunch of masked FARANG kaffiyeh wearers walking around Bangkok with a effigy and signs screaming foul insults towards Thailand?

I can imagine it. " It's th e.    gun  ger  you know."

I sometimes think that some posters on AN really go tooo far about insulting the Thai establishment. I'm sure there is a little notebook somewhere recording the derogatory remarks.

Thailand is a great place and all the systems work beautifully. 🙂

Hardly kills me because it’s not something I’ve said.

Refer OP and remarks from Chief Justice Roberts.

Oh I'm terribly sorry so you are totally for the removal of this vile terrorist scum from the United States? That's cool. That's really the only issue other than the issue of this judge's qualifications to sit on the bench.

Again, I suggest you go back and read my post on what I believe is actually at play.

You can then address what I’ve said, not what you imagine.

Well you might feel there are other issues but the legal issues are narrow.

I love the way you cant say: I support President Trumps removal of these vile terrorist scumbags from the USA.

Unless you dont.

I am not surprised at @thaibeachlovers response,

Everything I have seen about the "law" in my long life leads me to believe it is biased to the rich, and is administered by people that have no idea about the lives of the people they sit in judgement on- I have met them in a social situation and I was not impressed. I also know lawyers and I am not impressed.

I am of the well known opinion of the law that it is a member of the equine species.

Until the feds kick down your door, then your defense lawyer will be liberty's last champion. If you're the right political party and race of course
