It's a knee grow,

My friend had a motorbike accident recently, smashed his leg pretty bad, his knee grew the size of a football.

I didn't realise Bob was a black man.

And why doesn't the description mention his skin colour, when the video clearly shows a black man?

Well good point, you would think that fact would be very pertinent? But some members will no doubt say that is being racist??😂

Robert—a man characterized by his short black hair, prominent limp, and pungent body odour

Watching the video, I can guarantee there's another adjective that the locals use to describe Robert, but I guess it wouldn't be PC to acknowledge it in the article.

This situation has put businesses on high alert, wary of unassuming customers who may appear harmless but leave a significant impact on small enterprises when they abscond without paying. The massage community, often a staple of Thai tourism, finds itself recalibrating procedures to avoid such scenarios from recurring.

Hopefully this is just AI or filler nonsense.  It would be ridiculous for an entire business community to think that they need to rethink how they operate due to one scumbag.

That description fits most foreigners on Soi Buakhou.

No! Only the shirtless ones.

The guy in the video is not a farang.   How come if he's got a prominent limp he can get away from a Thai who he's just ripped off?

In a peculiar turn of events in Lampang, Thailand, a foreigner recently snuck away without settling a 700 baht massage tab. Known locally as Robert, this elusive individual has now gained notoriety for slipping away from multiple businesses without paying his dues.

Why is a massage shop accepting a very smelly client in the first place?

Why the shower after? Why not before?

I don't know just guessing that they use some sort of oil and stuff and the customer want to to get the smell off with a shover.   I have never had a "massage" in my nearly 30  years in Thailand.
