Removing Thai staff after getting the one year business visa
I just had a random second immigration visit to my business, in the last 6 months. where I had to have 4 staff present with copies of current ID’s, same as when I applied for my non-B & WP initially There are random checks inside the first 12 months the officer stated. I’m located in Pattaya City -

Pattaya Court Sentences Mountain B Pub Owner to Five Years in Prison Without Bail
Licenses should be given out when all safety rules and regulations are approved checked and accepted . Not before. Thailand is still in the dark ages where safety is concerned. I first realized this when I found the Fire exits doors on all floors of our condo locked. We checked every one ( we were coming from the roof pool) and then went to the office to report, where we were literally screamed at by a hysterical employee. -
