"...........a good percentage of the nation's crime seems to happen there, and certainly a good percentage of the crime committed against foreigners seems to happen in Pattaya." I got taken to task by a Pattaya apologist a few months ago for saying exactly that, and was falsely accused of never having been there! (I have - once - for 3 days - never again!)
