Yet approval rating is still 20 points ahead of the Democrats with the Dems approval rating being at an all time low. BTW the illegals pouring across the border and were able to vote with zero ID in CA has been brought to an almost complete halt.

Did you miss the Pennsylvania Special Election result?

Edit, please provide credible link to your claim of ‘illegals voting’.

Did I say I had evidence of illegals voting? No. Don't be ridiculous. I said in CA ID wasn't required to cast a vote. This of course opens the way for illegals to vote.

  • If you are a newly registered voter, you may be asked to provide appropriate identification or other documentation according to federal law. But please note that every individual has the right to cast a provisional ballot even if he or she does not provide the documentation.

Let me correct you.

US Citizens, rich or poor may vote.

Any barrier placed in the way of them doing so impacts the probability that come election day they can vote.

Those barriers disproportionately effect the poor and ethnic minorities.

Let’s not pretend you do not understand that.

No, that is democrat & democrat media spinning lies. Total nonsense. The only reason to not want ID to vote is to cheat.

Again, thinking has become such a lost art.

There is not ONE single illegal alien in the US who would risk arrest/deportation to a Salvadoran prison camp to cast a vote for any Democrat. This move targets poor and/or elderly Democratic  voters.

And the funniest part is the Republicans should let this go - the Democrats are already doing a GREAT job shooting themselves in their own feet.

No, probably not now as they Know Trump means business,  but previously it was open season.

So now everyone has to present their birth certificate to vote?as usual it’s a ditcate not a law with little if any thought behind it.call it for what it is an attempt to disenfranchise the poor, just how many illegal voters did they find in 2020?

It is an attempt to disenfranchise people who change their name since birth, like married women.

A birth certificate is NOT an accepted form of ID under the new order, neither are driving licences as not all include citizenship status.

A few weeks ago I presented my passport to authorities to vote. Not much different.

How exactly are they going to prove citizenship?  Non-Citizens can have US driver's licenses and Social Security cards and the US has consistently voted against having a national ID card.  Will people have to bring their Passports or Birth Certificates to the voting stations?

Is their ID card taken away when they marry?

I'm thinking around 15 million, because they never voted before or after that election.

Not a Trump fanboy here, but I think the 15 million votes mainly were votes cast by post, because it was Covid period.

Never before or after the 2020 election was there a Covid pandemic.

No, but their name changes. They may or ay not have name change filings. They are not automatic with weddings but maybe should be. The only "National ID" is a passport and something like 40% of the population do not have one.

They sure have some form of identification that is accepted.

Common Forms of ID:
While there's no national ID, Americans commonly use state-issued driver's licenses or state-issued ID cards as proof of identity. U.S. passports can also serve as identification

And then there is THIS:

REAL ID:
Beginning May 7, 2025, every state and territory resident will need a REAL ID compliant license/ID, or another acceptable form of identification, for accessing federal facilities, entering nuclear power plants, and boarding commercial aircraft.

True, but they do not always tie back to the birth certificate and it costs money to clarify the documents.

Any ID obtained before married will be tied to birth certificate, otherwise how would they be able to obtain that ID?
