As a condo seller in Jomtien I know I need to show Land Office my condo's certification that I have no outstanding unpaid condo bills.

 

Do I have to show similar certification that I have no outstanding unpaid property taxes? 

If so, where do I get that, Pattaya City Hall?

 

BTW, annually Pattaya City sends me SqM data & asks if I am still the owner.  But I have never paid property tax because they do not send me a following bill.  I presume because I had previously gone to City Hall with my Yellow Book to register the condo as my primary residence.

There is no requirement to show paid property taxes to the land office.
