Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) system is online (but not announced as starting yet)
I don't think they will still have any paper forms, the whole idea is not having to deal with them any longer. They want YOU (the traveler) to do the data entry for them, instead of having to decipher your handwriting. They might offer a way to enter the information in arrivals (by providing tablets or kiosks), but I wouldn't count on that. -

Questioned about my underwear at a Police checkpoint.
We are still at the beach resort waiting for the wedding to commence on Friday night. Just before lunchtime, I hopped on my rented bike wearing nothing but a snug pair of pink shorts and a tank top that left little to the imagination. I had a craving for something cold and refreshing, so I decided to swing by the 7/11—not just for the drinks, but also to check out if any cute guys were hanging around. You never know where you might meet someone interesting. On my way back, I got stopped by a BIB at a police checkpoint. The cop looked me up and down and then asked to see my license. I handed him my Thai motorbike license, and he seemed a tad irritated, maybe expecting to catch me without one. But there was nothing he could do except hand it back and let me go on my way. I was about to drive off when he suddenly grabbed my arm and said, “Wait a minute, my friend. You seem like a man who appreciates… male company.” Stunned, I replied, “Well, that depends on what you mean. Are you asking in an official capacity?” He smirked and said, “Just making conversation… You know, I get off my shift in an hour.” Quite possibly the strangest interaction I have ever had with a Thai in my life. I think Australia along with the United States are two of the most expensive countries in the world right now. A friend of mine who divides this time between Monaco, London and New York, tells me that he spends a lot less money in Monaco and London than he does in New York. I was in Europe last summer and I spent a lot less money on food and accommodations in Italy and France, than I do when I'm visiting Los Angeles. The US has become unaffordable for most. And it's quite likely these new tax hikes (tariffs) that are being proposed by the creep are going to push prices even higher. -
