Kamala and Biden bros mocking literally anybody for word salads need to give their heads a wobble. There is no comparison to the nonsense those 2 kept coming out with even though their public speaking events were more choreographed than the Bolshoi ballet with huge teleprompters.

They don't use teleprompters in ballet, mainly because it's a non-verbal artform. Should I send you links.

Thanks George. The imaginary check from the imaginary boogeyman is appreciated. It's hard currency when dealing with MAGA muppets.

did you get inspired by another thread for this by any chance?

Yes, started by someone who has an unhealthy interest in my silky chest hair, I think. Was that you?

The fact is that the USA economy was in free fall. The bond market was  boiling over. The Treasury market was filled with debt holders trying to dump their T Bills. The end result is that the USA has been forced to back off and to beat the retreat. The world was uniting against the US tariffs strategy.  This is a massive fail. The USA has lost prestige, clout and it won't recover it's influence in a long time.

Now that the USA is isolating China, China has nothing to lose if it invades Taiwan. It's not like the USA would impose worse sanctions.

Accepting Trump just pretty much eliminated all tariffs on US goods to about 75 countries is too much for democrats? How you guys can phrase this masterclass in negotiation as negative is bizarre. I suspect jealousy is the culprit. Trump did more for Americans in a few days that all former Presidents combined in their whole terms. China is left standing alone in the corner, the rest of the world sniggering with glee. Trump is amazing.

Best? No, it's the latest. But as I'm writing this I realize he's probably proved me right several times even after the linked word salad/pile of kaka he came up with yesterday. His brain is total mush. From the linked article:

"Earlier this month, renowned psychotherapist and author Dr. John Gartner claimed Trump's health was "deteriorating" while insisting the Republican leader was "no doubt" experiencing symptoms of mental decline .

Directly using Trump's frequently jumbled rants as an example, Dr. Gartner explained: "What happens is that someone is trying to say a word and then they get the first part out but they have to end it or create one because they can’t remember the rest. Trump will say something like ‘mishiz’ for missiles, or ‘Chrishus’ for Christmas because he can’t complete the word."

Normal liberals I can tolerate. Extreme left cult not so much.

same here. ill repeat what i said b4. the biggest problem with the republicans is that they vehemently deny free health care to all and they are against a woman's free will to have the right to do what she wants with her body...

I used to be somewhat liberal but now no more... but that doesnt make me a republican. this is the problem with a two party election system

Tariffs cancelled apart from.China ones raised further. Markets up 8%++. Paper hand doom & gloom mongers that folded will not be happy. What a day!

Reality check investors are serious people industrialists are serious people they thrive on stability not chaos…..to me this development looks like 2 things #1 a classic dump and pump with the privileged few making a killing or it finally occurred to the orange train wreck he’s killing the golden goose…..either way it’s at best ill responsible and stupid or perhaps it’s malicious most likely a combination of the two with a huge dose of narcissistic personality disorder thrown in……….we the whole planet are paying for this.we Americans obiously have egg on our faces ….my country men elected this clown.

(Per NYTimes) Mr. Trump himself acknowledged that his decision was made in response to the market turmoil, telling reporters Wednesday afternoon that “you have to be flexible,” and that “over the last few days it looked pretty glum.”

The genius of this man. These tariffs were just a ploy to get all countries begging to give the USA what Trump wants.

Thank you Steven Cheung WH Communications director and Ms. Karoline Leavitt's boss in the Department of Alternative Facts.

Actually, Trump blinked. And very little elimination. Just because countries say they want to talk, doesn't mean they've acquiesced. And now that Trump has punked out, let's see how many knuckle under.

The tariffs are paused to allow affected nations to bring tribute to the United States.

You have to watch in awe and wonder at the sang froid, this man is the top gangster in the world. Even Andrew Tate watches in awe.

Sure. Because companies are sure going to make big investments in the USA because the promise of continuing reversals and changes of course is a potent incentive to invest.

And the fact that investors were fleeing not just the stock markets, but U.S. treasury bonds, was actually really good news. In Oppositeworld.

So an expansion of the Oval Office is obviously needed.

I feel bad for people that move to Thailand, but remain addicted to politics.
I came here to escape all that. No need for me to worry about it here and no benefit for me to get upset about it.

Some people can never fully enjoy life in Thailand because they are too focused on American politics. Stop and smell the roses.
