Urgently need to buy a XL suit/shirt/shoes tomorrow 12 April

Was just informed of a sudden unexpected death in my very conservative image based quasi-home country of Japan. Flight BKK to Tokyo late at night tomorrow, so I have the whole day in Bangers to somehow buy a long sleeve (can't be showing my arm tats) dress/button shirt, dress trousers (ideally a full suit) and dress shoes.

Plomplem: I'm a fridge-shaped 6'1, 110kg manbear with US size 12.5 ~ 13 (I think that's 46-47 Euro size?) feet. 

Any place you can think of that might have something off the rack for any of these items? Somehow doubt the malls like T21 will have anything like it. Paragon? Central?

I was thinking of hitting the custom tailors in Sukhumvit (staying at Carlton for the day) to see if one may a finished suit from a similarly sized customer who for some reason never picked it up after dropping a deposit or something like that......
