April 20, 2025Apr 20 I am sure this question has been asked many times but I have recently cut down from a very heavy smoker 40+ a day down to zero using a vape. I purchased the vape and accessories from China Lazada and it is always for my personal use I have heard about crackdowns on importers and smugglers and some high profile vaping cases but not much about general Joe Bloggs getting done. I have done all my research and know it is still early days on the health implications of vaping but I can't see it being any worse than 40 Marlboro a day for me. The official penalties even for personal use do seem excessively high so definitely for the moment I am going to stick to doing this in the privacy of my own condo however when I am out and about I do see many people using vapes. Wondered if anyone has any personal experience regarding this?

April 20, 2025Apr 20 Not strictly enough for me .... nasty, smelly habit that intrudes into other people's air ..... but to answer your question, almost zero enforcement, but a foreigner vaping may be a target for the police, so don't flaunt it.
April 20, 2025Apr 20 All the shops here in CM have been closed along with all the websites selling vaping gear. They are taking this crackdown very seriously. The good news is you can freely buy snus here and quite strong stuff too, and with a bit of ingenuity, you can make your own vape juice from that.
