Accommodation Details for Thailand Digital Arrival Card

Hey everyone. I'm in the process of submitting my digital arrival card & have an Airbnb booked for a week. Will this cause any potential trouble on arrival at Swampy? Is it perhaps best to put down a hotel instead to avoid this?  Apologies if this topic has already been well covered.

Put down any address. 

If you have booked an Airbnb put that address.

If you have booked nothing just write Nana Hotel Soi 4 Sukhumvit.

Post advice to OP. Your throw away comment provides zero advice.

 

I Basically stated that it does not matter esp for tourists.

For expats living in Thailand returning to where they live then obviously they can put that address. 

For others do as suggested. 

Put addressed of booked accommodation or if nothing booked then put anything.

No difference to TM6 days.

In absolutely not case is it ever illegal to stay in an AirBNB.  It's only illegal for them to offer a short term rental if they don't have a hotel license.

Any one week booking for a condo is against the law in Thailand, there have been many reports of raids at well known condo buildings recently, in Bangkok and Pattaya.

Exactly.....first kerfuffle was folk complaining that for "country of residence" Thailand was not an option. 

News flash: who cares. Put passport country.

Next was "Address in Thailand" again who cares. As posted earlier...if you have an ongoing address in Thailand put that.

If you're a tourist and have booked accommodation put that address.

If nothing booked then put anything.
