Chinese robotics firm reveals major humanoid robotics advance

Chinese robotics firm UBTech’s industrial humanoid, Walker S1, has completed the world’s first collaborative training involving multiple robots, tasks, and scenarios.

The milestone was achieved at a 5G-wired smart factory operated by Zeekr, the electric vehicle (EV) brand under Chinese automaker Geely.

In March, using UBTECH’s advanced “BrainNet” AI framework, a fleet of the firm’s Walker S1 humanoid robots was assigned to collaboratively learning and perform complex tasks at Zeekr’s state-of-the-art

I dono about all of that but certainly in harsh or fatal conditions/ environments for sure deep sea space ect ect.

Something Japan has been working on for a long time. Honda and Toyota are big sponsors of this type of technology.

 

The reality is more complex, because we live in complex and very different homes. Whatt's more likely is the equip homes with suites of sensors to enable people to live independantly for longer. There will always be a place for care homes, for end of life. Not everyone gets to die at home.

 

This is also where self driving cars come in, to help people live longer in their own homes and be more active.

 

Half of us will get cancer, half will develop dementia. Both of those offier different challenges. For cancer patients, there is now more technology available to reduce hospital visits during chemotherapy. For those with Alzheimers, wearables and other sensors are being developed to detect falls.

I think there was backlash in south korea towards a company that was making these sex robots.

The efficiency would be notable. Time saving. No performance regret as she will always tell you how great it was. 

 

Not personally of course I NEVER have issues. I like to think of it as performance efficiency rather than erictle dysfunction.
