Lolothai Posted May 2 Posted May 2 Hi everyone, I got a Non B visa for my 90 days probation period at a new job but I want to resign, the agent that provided the visa and my company are saying that I don't need to cancel my visa. Is that correct?
BrandonJT Posted May 2 Posted May 2 The agent you spoke to is correct. It's only the extension that needs to be cancelled. If you are still on the original 90-day non-B visa, then you do not need to cancel anything, and even if you resign you can stay until the end of your current 90-day non-B entry stamp.
