So why is he in that position in the first place?

This is the Trump cabinet. Professional suitability is not a requirement.

If you read the label on tooth paste, it says "Active Ingredient: Fluoride". They say that for a reason.

They are supposed to tell tell you all the ingredients...they also tell you not to swallow the toothpaste... is there a reason for that ?

fluoride is so safe  that they even put in drinking water...so why not swallow the toothpaste...cue the dose maketh the poison...why are you putting poison into the drinking water ???

I'll say it again  if you want a dose of fluoride to "keep your teeth healthy"

then just brush with a toothpaste that has fluoride..there is no reason to purposely  contaminate drinking water with it.

Fluoride plays a crucial role in the remineralisation of tooth enamel after acid attack. Which comes from eating sugars and carbohydrates. You think toothpaste manufacturers put it in their products for fun?

You may as well ask why our bodies need protein and vitamins.

That was what they decided to do 70 years ago. I was not there but I do not see people dying from it. Maybe it is the nanobots from your vaccinations talking?
