PEA electrical bill question

Featured Replies

Can somebody tell me what the meaning is of the values (consumption unit) outlined in the red boxes on the PEA electricity bill?

I've not seen one like that before 😞

Do you have an industrial tariff and/or Time of Use (TOU) metering??

The top box seems to be talking about peak-power (Peak and Off-Peak, but no idea what "H" is [Holiday perhaps]) and possibly units used at that energy level.

The bottom box is talking about kVAR (reactive power).

These values don't appear to be affecting the actual billing numbers.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

Haven't a clue, but don't see the advantage of TOU meter if that's your normal usage.  Put the 443 units into PEA bill calculator and it's a bit cheaper...
