Wise transfer, thai baht to BKK account, stuck?

Featured Replies

Hi guys, 20/20 past times, THB from my Wise THB account to BKK bank was instant.

Now, well as of yesterday, said it would take 12 hours, going on 18 hours and nervous.

This can really mess up a lot of us here, in paying rent, expenses, and getting the full amount in the bank for visa renewals.

Anyone know what will happen? I assume I'm not the only one, and that the funds will get to my BKK account eventually? this transfer was 15,000 baht.

Kinda weird.

Wow, some still using Wise, slow learner!

When living in another country you should always have plan B C and D.

How did expats manage before internet?

so you want to transfer 15k, not 15 million..... what would plan B, C and D be?  Of course, have a zillion dollars and couriers and just buy the bank, etc...   but 15k means there is only one plan.

If I'm using my phone and sending 10k to someone, there is only ONE plan.

No problems here either until now....

What's with the others stupid trolling?

This is an issue. BKK bank needs to get their act together and WISE is how 90%+ of expats transfer their money.
