Recommend grow light for houseplants

Not weed related, apologies - seemed like best place to put this.

 

Can anyone recommend a cheap grow light from Lazada for my houseplants? I just want them to grow and not flower.

 

It should be able to cover an area about the circumference of a refrigerator.

 

I live in a north facing condo and don't get much sun (no direct sun).

I've got a 4 foot, 4 bulb,  t-5 light that is perfect for that. Are you in Pattaya?
