LTR Visa endorsed by government agencies but problems with next steps

Featured Replies

I submitted an application to BOI for LTR visa and received an email that it has been endorsed by government agencies.  In the email it said i need to log in and supply the requested info.

After logging in, it is not clear at all what I need to provide. The site just provides me the ability to upload any and all documents, many which do not apply at all in my case.

As far as I can tell, all I need to upload is an updated passport file (since I arrived in Thailand last week and have a new entry stamp) and a copy of my TDAC file. However, when I click submit nothing happens. It provides no error message or indicate success/failure.

I tried to call BOI, but it just goes into voicemail. Is there a method to email?  Or what is the best way to sort this out?

They are pretty good about answering their official Facebook page. Try messaging then thru that,

or

head on over to the LTR office at the One Bangkok building during business hours and talk to them on person.

Here's their Facebook page

When you started the application you applied for the Visa through this website right

Thanks, I was able to contact the BOI office by phone this morning. The solution was quite simple.  There was 3 fields that did not apply to me and I left blank. The solution was to enter a hyphen “-“ in each empty field.  I was told the form can not accept empty fields.

This fixed the problem and I was able to submit the updated documents.  Hopefully, this will help others who encounter this problem.
