In the context of the UK, all of these organisations are either in the public sector or in industries under heavy government regulation. 

 

The civil service has been captured by trans activists. 

 

The public bodies / regulated companies are obliged to show compliance or face negative consequences, hence the performative gestures. When I worked for a major UK bank, we had rainbow coat stands and balloons festooning the building for weeks. This was a building that was strictly off limits for the public. You can be sure the photos were part of the portfolio sent to the regulator.

Noone is promoting to trans kids. I really don't understand the obsession some have with LGBTQ.

Are you suggesting the most close minded homophobic community (muslims) are uneducated?   Some might call you islamaphobic for that.  Anyway, you have a made a good point about the muslims and I do think we should let the pride folks fill their boots with their celebrations whilst they still can.  Once the west gets Islamified then whether or not they are allowed to prance around in the streets in their fetish gear will be the very least of their problems.
