Biden-Appointed Judge Halts Deportation of Terror Suspect's Family Amid Legal Battle

1. The judge here is a federal district court judge, and has the power to issue the order he did.

2. You need to read the news more. During Biden's presidency, right-wing groups filed many lawsuits in Texas where conservative, often Trump-appointed district court judges overturned or halted various national federal policies during Biden's time.

But I'm sure weren't expressing outrage over judicial overreach when the various Trump-appointed district court judges blocked or overturned various Biden Admin national policies.  You just don't like it when the shoe's on the other foot.

One example:

"Matthew Joseph Kacsmaryk (/kæsˈmærɪk/;[1][2] born 1977) is an American lawyer who serves as a United States district judge in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He was nominated to the position by President Donald Trump in 2017 and sworn in for the position in 2019.

Conservative groups and the Texas Attorney General tend to file cases in Kacsmaryk's jurisdiction so that he is likely to hear those cases, as he reliably rules against Democratic policies and for Republican policies.[3][4] His court has been hospitable to conservative lawsuits that many lawyers consider meritless.[

Conservative groups have strategically chosen to file lawsuits challenging many Biden administration policies in Kacsmaryk's division. Kacsmaryk is the only federal judge in the Amarillo Division of the Northern District; 95% of lawsuits filed there are assigned to him.[34][3] By March 2023, the Texas Attorney General's Office under Ken Paxton filed 28 lawsuits against the Biden administration in federal district courts in Texas; of those, 18 were filed in single-judge divisions, including Kacsmaryk's division and a single-judge division held by another Trump appointee, Drew B. Tipton."

The Judge should pay for 100% of the costs associated with keeping these illegals in the USA.

  • Yes!  And to all those who do not approve this ruling, I have but two words for you: Due Process!

AI Gemini quickie:

In the United States, federal judges can be removed from office through impeachment and conviction by the Senate. This process is outlined in Article I and II of the Constitution. The House of Representatives has the power to impeach a judge, meaning to bring charges against them for wrongdoing, while the Senate holds the trial and must vote to convict by a two-thirds majority to remove the judge.

i.e. not so simple.

"According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), they were permitted to stay only until February 2023. Soliman, a 45-year-old Egyptian national, filed for asylum a month after entering the country and listed his wife and children as dependents in Denver. He was granted a temporary work permit in March 2023, which expired this past March"

Thank you. I must have missed that.

Democrats approval rating will be in the minus territory if this clown show continues. Prioritizing violent illegal scumbags over law abiding citizens might make team woke smile but any person with the ability to think for themselves will be furious with these democrat activist "judges".

But But, the daughter had plans of going  to Medical School and becoming a Doctor ! It’s ridiculous the way some of these leftist media outlets go on!

First paragraph:

“She moved to the United States with a dream of studying medicine. She had stepped off her high school graduation stage in May”.

Two more words - illegal immigrants

Wish we could all live in Luvvie land - land of rainbows, and plenty of everything for everyone, no crime, no religion, bit like world peace, which I support wholeheartedly.

Must be so nice there but no-one can tell me where it is. Can you help? Or are you just going to perpetuate the naivety.

My home country, the USA, is definitely not "Luccie land," but it does have a constitution, the rules of which should be followed in all legal action. I know this doesn't always occur, but it is happening more frequently now that Trump is president. However, when anything like that does happen, it is our (US citizens') responsibility to speak up, reject, and condemn it. Whether or not that does any good does not matter. It's still our responsibility.

That's what I am doing...

He got his due process, arrested him, determined he was illegal and send him home. Do you understand that.

His family did not receive due process. They were arrested, [due process is supposed to go here], determined to be illegal, and scheduled to be deported.

Do you understand that?

Simple answer, deny his asylum based on this attack, then deport them, simple.

These judges unfortunately have to make these rulings to FORCE Donald jhon trump to honor the oath of office and uphold the constitution..…no more no less after their day in court if it is determined they should be deported then by all means deport them, not before.
