Another Trump travel ban

Here he goes again. Travel ban for Myanmar and other nations. Why? Because an Egyptian threw a Molotov cocktail  at those Jewish people in Boulder. Egypt is NOT on the list of banned nations. There is something in this dudes brain that does not connect.

Incidentally, the State Department has issued a travel advisory ",,,due to armed conflict, the potential for civil unrest, arbitrary enforcement of local laws, poor health infrastructure, land mines and unexploded ordnance, crime, and wrongful detentions." 

 

Why would it be a good idea to let people from there continue traveling to the US? 

 

Here are the other countries that have travel bans: Afghanistan, Chad, Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen. 

 

Which of these countries do you think we should open our borders to?

Additionally, the Proclamation imposes partial restrictions on seven other countries such as Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan, and Venezuela due to high visa overstay rates and security concerns.

 

Exceptions apply for lawful permanent residents, existing visa holders, and individuals whose entry serves U.S. national interests.

I think it’s more of a distraction/raw meat for his base to feed on,he doesn’t want people to focus on his latest 3 tacos 1 his bending over for putins criminal rape of Ukraine 2 the deadline for his trade war deals has passed (were are the deals) and finally his hiding from Elon calling him out on his rape of the working class on his pork belly bill for the wealthy.its also helpful to keep people from thinking about his selling of the office of the presidency for bit coin.he is what he is.

A country's leader can either appease the left (like the UK does) and accept the risk to it's citizens  by allowing people in from  from these trouble zones. 

 

Or they can introduce measures to reduce the risk to it's citizens, and face the wrath of the left. 

 

I would prefer my country's leader to do the latter. Unfortunately I'm from the UK.

As long as judges refuse to allow the State Department to deport people in the country illegally, it makes no sense to let more people from these countries in.
