How would you be able to detect intelligence? Would it not take someone intelligent to be able to confirm it?

excellent solution , job sorted and case closed, happy wife =happy life.  well done.   There are some on here who would have refused, tried to argue with her, (for months) involved lawyers even etc etc,  all futile and counter productive.  Like you correctly say   "Can't cure stupid"

Presumably, un any case, the document has no legal standing if not done in the appropriate notarial conditions.

 

If this story is true, it sounds more like the wife having a go because she is p*ssed off about something.

the land is a pre-marital asset I think so it belongs to her. In a marriage though your money is entangled. If she gets 10MB then the man can give her less of his own money as she doesn't need it now. Of course this will cause problems and could be marriage ending but it's a game two can play.

Exactly, so he's not entitled to anything either way.

 

If not in a touristic area, it's highly unlikely the land is worth 10 million, unless she has a lot of rai. The document writing/signing thing could be a Thai way of expressing frustration (which can sometimes come across as a little immature)… or BMT has made the whole thing up (he doesn't speak Thai so she obviously speaks basic English, she can see what he allegedly wrote on that paper).

 

With this thread, he's just created an opportunity to tell us he thinks his wife is stupid, for whatever reason.

If she didn't want him to have it, she would have said nothing and tried to ensure he never heard about it, which given his nonexistent command of Thai would be easy enough to achieve.

I doubt he gave her millions over 20 years. Have you seen his 1 million baht house?

 

And if he did, he goes against his own advice. 5 mil invested in someone who will get old and fat instead buying so many short terms

 

What i think happened here he's not getting any sex with her either because he finds her unattractive or she lost interest long time ago....hence the tension with money and so called notepad documents

He spent the first 50+ years of his life in the UK and he was not happy, he stated before that he wished he had discovered Thailand when he was younger. Now he's just making the best of it in his old years and doesn't care about anyone or anything else. There's a psychological element to his mindset and posts.

I can't reveal too much because the Team captains hate me for calling things out.

Maybe I got some brownie points today for participating in an ego slugfest on this thread with a serial narcissist .  I gotta admit.... it was pretty exhilarating !

I have a question. Is BM2's wife the biological mother of his son? If she is then he should be happy there's money for their future.

There is areas that is higher value because of demand. Because of scenery for one. We looked at land in Petchabun up in the mountains and one rai Por bor tor 5 land, was selling for millions.
