Looking for help on which was to turn.   I use Wise and Remitly for transfers from US.  I used Remitly in April and Wise in June.  On the days of both transfers my US personal Debit card was used my unauthorized person.   One was 904.00 and the other was for 940.00.  The one in June shows a company named Lotus and the one in May shows SC Express as the places card was used.    The debit card has been has been cancelled.  transfers were done on my iPhone and with my home network.  Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated

both are supermarkets, if done from your phone and your home network it was obviously done by a family member/someone in your home that had access to your phone, pretty obvious really.

But why would a family member transfer money to a supermarket?  And. it those are dollars, that's a lot of money to spend at a supermarket.  If the amounts are Thai baht, then that's another matter.

Sometimes staff use a data collector of the card, then you get this declined payment, and then they let you try again and it works. I had this once when i bought a new iPhone at a shop in the south, 1 day after that visit, that exact same card was suddenly charged for nearly 30,000 baht for Amazon shopping (which i never used).

Simply called kasikornbank by phone and received it back like 7-10 days after. They never told me what the outcome was except they knew it was not me.
