This was I believe the only pardoned that and President Biden actually signed. The rest were auto-penned by staffers and his wife Dr Jill.

 

Biden knew absolutely nothing of the pardons. One set were signed while he was outside of the country entirely.  This is why they can and will be challenged and probably vacated.
