So is that the reason he (reportedly) doesn't eat veggies and salads, because it will make his pee smell funny and all those around him will know?   When he dumps does someone help change his diaper?  If so, who?

His niece spilled the beans on his diapers a few years ago, says that is why when he stands he's bent at the waist.  Maybe this is why Mel keeps away from him.
