In Thailand? Never!

What's "in Thailand" got to do with it, they're Chinese.

Why? Because reckless driving and dangerous overtaking are the bread and butter of driving in Thailand. This is just another day on the roads except this time it was a Chinese person.

Maybe if they don't Chinese people driving recklessly they should actually try to fix the problem.
