It could overwhelm the Air Defense System, the Iron Dome, being Davids sling etc...  

However, they appear to be under self imposed restraint thus not widening Regional & Global escalation.

Iran does not need a nuclear bomb.

If Israel was to be successful in destroying the Fordow and Natanz facilities which is deep in the mountains and under dozens of meters of reinforced concrete, they will need US 30,000 lbs bunker-busting bombs.
