We have not yet moved in to the new house as not yet completed but i am using around 25 units in the day at my current house and around 10-15 units in the evening around 5pm-8am
The night units will probably not change as we will have the 2 same a/cs running as we do at our current house

I will be having a on-grid system

Panels will be facing south(i have had a car port made ready

3 phase

A good 10 kwh ESS is around 50K at the moment, compare to a year ago prices dropped by 35%.
