In a distressing incident in Pathum Thani on 19th June, a female Provincial Administrative Organisation (PAO) official narrowly escaped an attempted assault by a colleague at a love hotel. The victim has reported the case to Kukot Police Station, accusing Noppanan “Tee” Noocharoen, a member of the Khlong Luang PAO.

The incident occurred after a seminar attended by PAO officials from across Thailand. Following the event, a social gathering took place. At around 11pm, Tee offered to drive the woman back to her accommodation. Trusting her colleague, she agreed and got into his black SUV.

Despite her request to wait for her colleagues, Tee unexpectedly drove away from the venue. To her shock, instead of heading to her hotel, he detoured to a love hotel. Once there, he allegedly forced her into a room, attempting to hug and kiss her against her will.

Despite her clear refusal, Tee reportedly suggested that they could simply "cuddle and sleep." Fearing for her safety, the woman pretended to agree, hoping to de-escalate the situation. She seized the moment to escape when Tee lay down.

In tears, she ran to a nearby convenience store for refuge, where a compassionate staff member helped her contact her colleagues. They promptly arrived to offer support and ensure her safety.

CCTV footage from both the hotel and the convenience store corroborated her account, prompting police to issue a summons for Tee. As of now, Tee has not responded to the summons nor acknowledged the complaint.

Resolute in her pursuit of justice, the woman is determined to follow through with legal proceedings. She has expressed her intention to see Tee removed from his position due to his inappropriate and violent behaviour. This case underscores the necessity for strict adherence to professional conduct and the importance of creating a safe environment for all officials.

This incident highlights ongoing issues regarding safety and respect in professional settings. It serves as a reminder of the necessity for organisations to foster an environment where all individuals are respected and feel secure. As the investigation continues, there is a collective call for accountability and justice, reinforcing the importance of upholding ethical standards within public offices.

Authorities are closely monitoring the situation to ensure a thorough and fair investigation. This case has sparked discussions on implementing more robust mechanisms to protect individuals in vulnerable situations and prevent similar occurrences in the future.

As it stands, the victim’s courage in coming forward sets a precedent, encouraging others who may face similar situations to seek help and stand against inappropriate behaviour. The community and relevant authorities remain vigilant, hoping for a resolution that upholds justice and safeguards the integrity of public service environments.

Well he's just screwed up his life.. sick person.

Question...call me sceptical, but how do you "force" an unwilling woman into a hotel, without bring attention to the situation, and being noticed by staff.
