The world is full of terrible people that enjoy beating others and especially if in a group.  The Thais should be arrested and the same would apply if they were Americans.  Don't know what went down before the video but SERIOUSLY doubt it could justify the beating.  He is fortunate and probably should  evaluate how he got in the mess in the first place.  Lovely GF he has acquired 🙂  If my friends back home saw this girl which I called my GF behaving like this, I would be mortified.

It's ridiculous to make such an assumption from this video clip alone. You don't know what was going on just before the girl ended up on her arse in the street.

But we have video evidence here. Which clearly shows the Swede using excessive violence on the woman, forcing her on the floor.

 

So in this case the Swede was no victim, he was the perpetrator of an assault. On a woman.
